The Bootstrap system uses CSS, included in the <head> of the page html, and Javascript, included before the ending <body> tags.
The Javascript files are stored in the _HbG folder; only one set is needed. They are served by _HbG/js/js.php, which includes the proper CDN files, and any other local javascript files or functions, which obviates the need for updating the references throughout all ages of the site, but allows page-specific functions to be added as needed.
The CSS files are served in the backroom folder (_HbG/css/css.php), and in the root folder's css.php, both pages including the CDN files, but referencing a different stylesheet for the backroom and the site itself.
All serving pages reference alternate backup Javascript and CSS files for Bootstrap, stored in the _HbG/js and _HbG/css folders, in case the local web is not accessible for development, or the CDN servers go down for some reason [asteroid strike?].
